Dually Certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach

Whole-person coaching

One life. Four interconnected dimensions. A practical pathway forward.

Trias Coaching considers the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual dimensions of life together. MEPS helps reveal the relationships among them; ARCA supports movement from Awareness through Reclamation and Coherence into Aligned Action.

Amy Force, the professional coach guiding Trias Coaching

Personal, professional support

Coaching with the whole person in view.

Amy is the professional coach guiding Trias Coaching and CEO of Trias Revolution LLC. Her work brings together coaching education, trauma-aware practice, human behavior, emotional regulation, mind-body awareness, whole-person wellness, and practical behavior change.

She supports adults pursuing greater clarity, self-understanding, confidence, self-trust, pattern awareness, purpose, healthier routines, personal responsibility, and sustainable aligned action. Coaching remains client-led: Amy works with people, not on them, and does not position herself as the person who fixes or directs their lives.

Why I coach this way

Awareness and agency come before prescribed answers.

Amy’s approach is collaborative, educational, strength-based, and grounded in the belief that clients remain the authority on their own lives.

01

Client-led

The client’s goals, values, readiness, lived experience, and choices guide the work.

02

Whole-person

MEPS keeps Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual dimensions in view rather than treating concerns in isolation.

03

Trauma-aware

The work respects safety, capacity, pacing, personal boundaries, and the client’s right to choose.

04

Action-oriented

ARCA supports movement from Awareness through Reclamation and Coherence into Aligned Action.

Scope and professional boundaries

Coaching is nonclinical.

Trias Coaching provides coaching and education. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis services, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

When a need falls outside the coaching scope, clients may be encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

In practiceAmy offers structure, reflection, education, perspective, and accountability while preserving each client’s agency, responsibility, and right to decide.
